Clear Lane Driving Academy is actively recruiting PDIs (Partly Qualified Driving Instructors) and ADIs in Oldham. If you’re a trainee or qualified driving instructor based in Oldham or the surrounding area, we want to hear from you — we have pupils waiting and positions available right now.

Oldham is one of our core areas. We already have an established presence here with active learner drivers on our books. An additional instructor based in Oldham — particularly a female instructor — would be able to start teaching almost immediately.

Why Choose Clear Lane in Oldham?

We’re a growing driving school that puts its instructors first. Here’s what you get when you join us in Oldham:

• Pupils from day one — we have an active waiting list of learners in Oldham and nearby Failsworth and Royton. You won’t be chasing pupils; we send them to you.
• PDI support — if you’re still on your trainee licence, we guide you through Part 3 preparation so you qualify faster with real teaching experience under your belt.
• Flexible hours — mornings, evenings, weekends. We build your diary around your life, not the other way around.
• Fair, transparent pay — competitive weekly rental or profit-share. No nasty surprises.
• Local focus — all your pupils will be near Oldham, keeping your fuel costs low and your working day manageable.
• Female instructors especially welcome — demand for female driving instructors in Oldham is extremely high. If you’re a woman looking to instruct, you’ll have a full diary within weeks.

Driving Instructor Jobs in Oldham — What We Need

We’re looking for:

• PDIs with a valid trainee licence who want to teach and earn while they complete their ADI qualification
• Fully qualified ADIs who want more pupil supply, better support, or a fresh start with a school that’s genuinely growing
• Female instructors — we are actively trying to recruit at least one female instructor in Oldham to meet the high demand from female learners in the area
