Clear Lane Driving Academy is actively recruiting PDIs (Partly Qualified Driving Instructors) and ADIs in Middleton. If you’re a trainee or qualified driving instructor based in Middleton or the surrounding area, we want to hear from you — we have pupils waiting and positions available right now.

Middleton sits between Rochdale and Oldham and is a key area for us. Instructors based in Middleton are perfectly positioned to serve pupils across a wide catchment without excessive travel.

Why Choose Clear Lane in Middleton?

We’re a growing driving school that puts its instructors first. Here’s what you get when you join us in Middleton:

• Pupils from day one — we have an active waiting list of learners in Middleton and nearby Rochdale and Oldham. You won’t be chasing pupils; we send them to you.
• PDI support — if you’re still on your trainee licence, we guide you through Part 3 preparation so you qualify faster with real teaching experience under your belt.
• Flexible hours — mornings, evenings, weekends. We build your diary around your life, not the other way around.
• Fair, transparent pay — competitive weekly rental or profit-share. No nasty surprises.
• Local focus — all your pupils will be near Middleton, keeping your fuel costs low and your working day manageable.
• Female instructors especially welcome — demand for female driving instructors in Middleton is extremely high. If you’re a woman looking to instruct, you’ll have a full diary within weeks.

We’re looking for:

• PDIs with a valid trainee licence who want to teach and earn while they complete their ADI qualification
• Fully qualified ADIs who want more pupil supply, better support, or a fresh start with a school that’s genuinely growing
• Female instructors — we are actively trying to recruit at least one female instructor in Middleton to meet the high demand from female learners in the area
